Created for the World Caviar Awards, this timepiece carries the crest of the Awards in 18K gold at twelve o’clock and the signature of Van Bergen 1795 above six. The red sunburst dial is framed by an 18K rose gold chapter ring and set with 18K rose gold hands and indices, beneath a bezel set with diamonds.
A sturgeon in 18K gold is applied to the case at twelve and at six o’clock. Through the sapphire case back, Calibre VBA01 turns with a micro rotor in 18K rose gold. Ten pieces will be made, each numbered on the case back.

Official Watch Partner ofWorld Caviar AwardsParis 2026
Since 2024 the World Caviar Awards have brought together the finest caviar farms, traders and refiners before a jury of chefs, sensory experts and food journalists. Every caviar is tasted blind under identical conditions, in the presence of a bailiff, and judged on appearance, taste and texture. Two juries, presided by Yannick Alléno and Michel Roth, award gold, silver and bronze in each category.
After Saint‑Émilion in 2024 and the Yacht Club de Monaco, the third edition takes place in Paris on 12 November 2026, at the Alcazar in Saint‑Germain‑des‑Prés, and benefits the Antoine Alléno Association and Mercy Ships. Van Bergen 1795 is its Official Watch Partner.

The presentation
Each piece rests in its own box, made by hand in Italy in the round form of a caviar tin, finished in polished wood and lined in deep blue velvet. It is opened as the finest caviar is opened, slowly, and beneath the lid the crest of the Awards and a golden sturgeon come into view.
Made by hand in Italy
Every piece is entrusted in person, at a private appointment with the maison or an authorised partner. It is presented in its own box, made by hand in Italy in the form of a caviar tin, and first deliveries begin in the first quarter of 2027.
